We only bill credit cards when we are ready to ship your goods, so in the event that we may be back-ordered on an item, you may confidently leave your order with us for soonest deliver & only pay when it is shipped.

Shipping Policy
We ship either UPS ground (or USPS where UPS is unavailable) or Airborne Express 2 Day Service.
Shipments out of the USA are charged on an individual basis.

NOTE: Coolmax shirts and other small items are usually shipped by Priority or regular mail. Please advise if you have any special requests other than noted.

Canadian & Overseas Orders
We welcome overseas orders, and thanks to the spread of the www, we are shipping products to more and more countries. We endeavour to ship orders by the most economical & reliable services. Customs & Brokerage Charges often make Canadian UPS shipments expensive, so many people choose to go Postal Service. Although it is not a signature confirmed service, our experience to date has been very good, and it appears to escape most fees.........

Not A Secure Server...
We do not use a 'secure' web server at this time. We all have a view about risk - after all, we ride motorcycles fast! Our view is that there is more risk passing your credit card over in a restaurant or gas station to a server you have never seen before, and that lot of the paranoia about 'secure' transactions is overstated. Having said that we will undoubtedly get one in time. In the meantime if you are uncomfortable about sending your credit card details, please do not let that stop you from dealing with us! Either complete the order form & ask us to call you - we will be pleased to! - or fill in the e-mail order form below.
